“ACS LEAD TECH executes Lead acid battery recycling projects or lead recycling projects on a turnkey basis. Our turnkey lead recycling plant solutions ensure ready-to-start production with optimal quality from the very first batch. We have the design knowledge, manufacturing capacity, process knowledge of each stage of the lead recycling project. We have solutions for both greenfield and brownfield lead recycling projects. The solutions we offer comprise of design, equipment, services and process consultancy. With turnkey we mean, that our plants ready to start production and achieve the desired quality of the product from the day it starts and from the first batch itself. In a greenfield project, bare land is handed over to us. All the layouts, basic engineering design, detailed engineering design, operational efficiency design, foundation drawings are made by us. Manpower supply for these projects is also done by us. There are several services which are a part of installation of these plants like project engineering, logistics, assistance in bought out purchase, refractory labour, erection of the plant, commissioning of the plant, control panel electrical work, skilled labour for lead smelting, skilled labour for lead refining. All the services are part of the turnkey solution offered to the customer. Our Project Life cycle is 5-6 months where the complete the project and handover a successfully running plant to the customer. We make sure we achieve all the pollution norms of the local authorities and the process parameters. Our Goal is to provide Robust Lead Recycling plants which are hassle free post installation and achieve profitability which is of importance to the Entrepreneur who is setting up the Lead Recycling plant.
