Shirke, and Bajaj Auto, contributing his technical expertise to advance sustainable metal recovery and circular practices. His commitment to environmentally sound recycling has earned him international recognition, including an award in Paris in 2015 for his contributions to sustainable recycling practices. This depth of experience has positioned him as a trusted operational leader within the organization, capable of navigating the practical and regulatory complexities that come with running compliant, large-scale EPR operations. In his current role, Ravi oversees a broad set of operational functions, including planning and conducting site audits, mapping waste channels, onboarding recyclers, and monitoring activity through the CPCB portal. Beyond day-to-day operations, he plays a central role in shaping the company's compliance strategy, ensuring that processes stay aligned with a constantly evolving regulatory landscape. He is also focused on strengthening traceability across the entire waste management value chain, helping build systems that are transparent & accountable.

Surendra Kumar Gotherwal

He is the nodal officer for Circular Economy in Electronics sector in the Ministry. He contributed in the India’s Circular Economy Action Plan and report in EEE sector. He has undertaken several flagship initiatives under Circular Economy Action Plan, to mainstream circularity with in the electronics ecosystem. These initiatives span R&D and technology innovation, RoHS compliance and testing facility, skill and capacity development, awareness, informal sector formalization, and advanced recycling infrastructure.
